Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request a growth plan, call us, email us, schedule a meeting, or become a client, we collect what you provide: typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, and anything you tell us about your goals.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on site, and the referring page. We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising pixels from Google and Meta for this purpose. We may use call tracking numbers that record the source of a call and, where permitted by law, record calls for quality and training.
Information from clients’ marketing accounts. When a business hires us, it grants us access to its marketing accounts (for example, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Meta Ads, and its CRM). We access those accounts only to perform the services the client has engaged us for.
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, deliver and improve our services, send reports and account updates, send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time, measure the performance of our own advertising, protect our website and systems, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Our team uses internal software tools that connect to Google services through Google’s APIs. These tools let our staff read and manage Google Ads campaigns, read Google Analytics reports, and configure Google Analytics and Google Search Console for the client accounts we manage. Our staff sign in to these tools with their Google Workspace accounts.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
– We access Google user data only to provide and improve the marketing services our clients have engaged us for.
– We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising unrelated to the client that owns the account.
– We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except to the client who owns the account, to service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or as required by law.
– Humans at Tulsa Internet Marketing read Google user data only when needed to perform the service, for security, or to comply with the law.
– Every action our tools take in a Google account is logged with the staff member who took it.
Google user data is stored in Google’s own services and in our internal activity logs. Clients can revoke our access to their Google accounts at any time from their Google account settings.
We share information with service providers that help us run our business and deliver our services, such as hosting, email, CRM and marketing automation platforms, analytics and advertising platforms, scheduling and meeting tools, and payment processors. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale or merger of our business.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. To opt out of Google’s use of cookies for advertising, visit Google’s Ads Settings. To opt out of Meta’s advertising cookies, use the settings in your Facebook or Instagram account. Opting out does not stop you from seeing ads; it limits how ads are personalized.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal requirements. Client account data is deleted or returned at the end of the engagement upon request, except for records we are required to keep.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. To make a request, email Help@TulsaIM.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted connections, and activity logging on our internal tools. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
